These terms cover the use of araya-retreats.com. They are not the contract for any actual piece of work. That is agreed separately and in writing.

Who runs this site

What this site is, and what it is not

This site describes the retreat and event production services offered by Araya Consulting LLC. It is information, not an offer in the legal sense. Nothing here creates a contract, reserves a date or commits either side to anything.

An engagement begins only when both sides agree it in writing, with its own scope, dates, fees and terms. Where that written agreement says something different from this page, the written agreement wins.

What Araya does, and what it does not do

Araya produces the container around an event: venues, logistics, budgets, vendors, guest communication, on site management. Araya does not lead the practice and is not responsible for the content of what facilitators teach.

Nothing on this site is medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. Retreats, ceremonies and embodiment work can be demanding. Responsibility for the safety and the wellbeing of participants during a programme sits with the facilitators and organisers running it, within whatever the individual agreement sets out.

No promised outcomes

Descriptions on this site say what the work involves, not what it will achieve. No particular result, attendance number, revenue or experience is promised, and none should be inferred from the examples shown.

Content and photographs

The text, design and photographs on this site belong to Araya Consulting LLC or to the photographers who made them, and are used with permission. Please do not copy, republish or use them for your own purposes without written consent. Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine.

Links to other sites

Links to other websites are offered as a convenience. What happens on those sites is not under Araya's control and not Araya's responsibility.

Availability

The site is kept online with reasonable care, but no uninterrupted availability is promised. It may be unreachable during maintenance or for reasons outside anyone's control.

Limitation of liability

The information on this site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Araya Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes about this website belong before the state or federal courts located in Florida. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this does not remove the protection of mandatory rules in the country where you live.

Changes

These terms can change. The version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top says when it last changed.
