We Organise Retreats So You Can Lead Them

Araya is the production partner behind conscious retreats, trainings and gatherings. We work with facilitators, teachers and organisations who carry deep work into a room, and who would rather spend their energy on the work than on flight schedules, villa contracts and dietary lists.

From the first location scout to the last shuttle home, we build and run the container around your offering. Quietly, in the background, so that the only thing your guests feel is that everything was taken care of.

You bring the teaching. We bring the structure that lets it land.

Format One

Retreats & Trainings

Multi day immersions where the group arrives as strangers and leaves as something else. Tantra and embodiment retreats, practitioner trainings, teacher intensives, silent and somatic work.

These formats ask the most of a container: privacy, rhythm, food that carries people through intense days, and rooms that can hold both stillness and sound.

Format Two

Festivals & Gatherings

Larger open formats where many teachers share one land. More moving parts, more people, and a schedule that has to breathe rather than tick.

We coordinate facilitators, build the timetable, handle ticketing and arrivals, and keep the crew and the site running from build up to teardown.

Format Three

Ceremonies & Initiations

Smaller, more intimate formats that live or die by their details. Cacao and fire ceremonies, initiations, closing rituals, integration circles.

Here the work is in the preparation nobody sees: the altar laid before anyone enters, the timing of light and food, the quiet handling of everything that could otherwise interrupt.

The Work

What We Take Off Your Plate

Book the whole production or a single piece of it. Most partners start with one retreat and keep us for the season.

Venue Scouting

The place carries the work. We find and secure venues that match your practice, your group size and your budget, then negotiate the contract and hold the relationship with the owners.

Production & Logistics

Budgets, timelines, vendors, transfers, permits, equipment. The unglamorous machinery that decides whether a retreat feels effortless or improvised.

Guest Journey

From the first enquiry to the message after they land back home. Registration, onboarding, arrival, rooming, and the small touches that tell a guest they were expected.

Behind Araya

Hi, I am Pauli

I have been organising other people’s experiences for as long as I can remember. I studied event management, then spent years in hospitality learning the part of this work that guests never see: how a room gets ready before anyone walks in, and how much invisible structure a good experience actually rests on.

Along the way I built and ran my own Airbnb business, which taught me hosting from the inside out. Today I also work as a freelance project manager for a German agency, which keeps the other half sharp: budgets, timelines, vendors, and the discipline of things simply being ready on time.

Araya is where those two threads meet. The precision of event production, and the care that conscious spaces ask for. I know what it takes to hold a room, and I know what it costs a facilitator to hold one while also chasing a caterer.

On the Other Side of the Circle

I Have Been a Participant First

Before I organised any of this, I sat in it. Over the past years I have taken part in a number of retreats and trainings, several of them from the inside as part of the team, in tantra, embodiment and sacred sexuality.

That is the part I cannot learn from a checklist: what it feels like to arrive on day one not knowing anyone, what a group needs on day four when things get heavy, and how much the small things matter when someone is deep in their process.
